Standard Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases but there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a item you have purchased: 

• All sales are final. Exchanges gladly welcomed.

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from Cassara’s or www.cassaras.com are eligible for exchange.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return or exchange, including:

• Items that have been altered in any way (alterations)

• Custom-made or Made-to-measure clothing items.
